Many of the ideas for my jewellery are drawn from nature: leaf shapes, bracken and bark.

The pieces are often quite simple shapes, but will contain contrasting textures, an organic pattern on a geometric shape or an unexpected bright stone will nestle in an etched pattern.

My love of texture and pattern were developed in the textile industry, where I worked as a designer for many years.
